I probably forgot to mention it, but I got the digital TV working. Only that TV commercial broadcasters aren't working properly. At first there were more or less regular breaks when the picture & sound would be gone while the card deciphered the signal for a few seconds. Sometimes the picture took longer than the sound to come back. It was so fucking annoying that I kept watching the commercial broadcasters via analog.

Today I checked one of the commercial broadcasters again and now it's the other way around with watching and decoding! No picture/sound for too long and then it only works for a few seconds. Argh, I'll need to let someone from my TV provider into my apartment, so this gets fixed. I don't like strangers in my apartment. I bet in the end they won't be able to fix it anyway and they'll offer me a receiver instead. Only that I would have to pay for it, which is ridiculous, since it isn't my fault that it's not working! I'll take the receiver for free, thanks!
