About 1 and a half weeks ago my tiredness got worse again.
I have at least one nap during the day, am constantly too tired to do stuff and I even need regular breaks from mere sitting. I looked around Wikipedia and found out that it's called excessive daytime sleepiness. Of the things that can cause this I have three: circadian rhythm sleep disorder (non-24-hour sleep–wake disorder, to be exact), anemia and hypothyroidism. How am I supposed to ever be properly awake again with all that?!
