Now I'm suffering a bit from post show depression.
I'm so glad I didn't watch this when it first aired. Because I knew the show was over long before I started watching, it should be easier to accept that there won't be any more episodes. But still...the closer I came to the end the more I felt like it shouldn't be over *sigh*. At least I read something that makes it a bit easier to accept: There wasn't really a way to not ruin the show in season 3, so ending it before it got worse was better, right?
The second season was pretty rollercoastery. There were a lot of things that I felt were just too much (like the breeding cult), but some really great stuff too. I completely understand why everyone loved Alec ^^. But not why everyone shipped Max/Alec. What was wrong with Max/Logan? Hugely unpopular opinion it seems, but I still shipped the show's original OTP (although it was starting to get depressing).
The things that reminded me of Supernatural amused me to no end. Seriously, I have to make a list. Maybe one day I'll write the little reviews I really want to do. And because I just said that I totally jinxed it, I bet.

I always loved TV, my sister not that much. But she watched that show when it first aired, so I hoped I could discuss it with her (and maybe get her hooked on Supernatural via Alec...although that would be mean since she finds scary little girls scary and there are too many of those on Supernatural), but she doesn't seem to remember the show. :o/
