Ah, Saturday was such a quiet day. Quiet days are good. Quiet days let me get enough sleep.

People were speculating why Japan happens before Hong Kong. Bad weather in Hong Kong seems to be the reason.

A tweet from Muse said "US will play a vital role in the unification process...", so that started more speculation and the 7th city theory was back.

About 1am Hong Kong was locked. But it will happen on Monday! I can't believe it's on Monday. I was so sure it would be Sunday, too. Maybe the bad weather. And it will be 7 or 8am here (not sure about Daylight Saving Time). Evil timing.

And that was what happened on Saturday. See? Quiet.

( And then Sunday started for me around 5:30am, )

Actually, with only one hunt in one day, Sunday was pretty quiet too. So I had time to sleep. In the middle of the day, but who cares. Sleep is sleep. And when I got up at 7pm, it was still quiet. Since the off topic thread for the treasure hunt opened, there's so much less going on in the treasure hunt thread.

Monday, 8am, Hong Kong. We had tweeters and got pics and they had laptops there. Good. 8:03 someone found the key. Wow, new record. Dude ran to get the station primed. While we were waiting there were trolls in the thread. WTH? You'd think people have better things to do. There were 3 mods in the thread, deleting spam.

Quarter to 9 the station got primed. We got a pdf again. This time it looked somewhat like a crossword puzzle. There were lines and I suspect the connected with the same letters. Didn't have the time to check if this is true though. When you minimized the window and back, you could see the text for a split second. And I got one again, yess!


8:59 the station was activated and the map was all green, showing this text:

And somewhere else this:
PROJECT EURASIA / GRAN AJEDREZ (BRAVO NINER) IS MOVING TO FINAL PHASE. AWAIT FURTHER BRIEFING, DUE 20090720-1200BST.
