Like I spammed my twitter yesterday. You can just write what you think the second you have the thought. So you write something and then you add a thought. And another one. And then another one. It makes it just so easy.
But with an LJ entry you can/have to compile your thoughts. That way you don't spam, so that's good.

Thoughts I had about Uprising that I haven't spammed my Twitter with:
- Radio is also different when they have a radio edit. And they had. It's just 1 minute shorter. If they cut that little from a 5:02 song, they could have left it the way it was. The beginning is shorter, synth starts 5 seconds in instead of 10. Lots of little bits cut out. But also a set of OI!s. And the ending is different - it actually sounds like an ending instead of just ...ending. Um, you know?
- The Oi! vs. Hey! discussion: Yes, there is a discussion. Well, Matt said they were ois (don't know if this was before or after recording), but I think it sounds more like hey. Or something. Idk.
- As mentioned earlier: Doctor Who synths, ZOMG! You can't deny it! It's awesome. \o/
- I agree with everyone: Sexy bass is sexy.
- Matt singing in a low voice isn't bad, but OMG, I need some falsetto! I love me some falsetto.
- Loved the guitar bits, especially the 5 second bit (so short :o( ) at 4 mins.
- Needs moar guitar!
- It's not the best thing ever (the best thing ever place is shared by Bliss and Stockholm Syndrome), but it is good.
- Gonna be awesome live!
- I can't wait to get Eurasia flags out at "watch our flag ascend" XD. I need sticks from those little McDonald's paper flags first. Went to a McDonald's yesterday, but no flags. And last night I dreamt that I got several flags. Was someone disappointed when I remembered that dream. Ahaha, now I'm dreaming about little McDonald's paper flags!

Entry about The Resistance artwork and why Germany is awesome & what it has to do with Muse to follow.

Today I finally remembered to check what day the 14th of September is: it's a Monday. We don't do Monday album releases, in Germany it's Fridays. The Friday before the Monday, WOOT! So I only have to wait until Sept. 11 \o/. Ooh, tastes like awesomesauce.
So maybe that leak comes from Germany. Can't always be New Zealand.

And today we got the artwork for album.

Isn't it shiny? That's what I think now. At first I was a bit disappointed. But really, what was I expecting? I'm usually not that delighted by CD covers, so. The text is so in the corners. On the other hand, it's not too far in the corners. And seconds after first seeing the artwork I really didn't know anymore why I didn't like it. It's interesting to look at. That's how I like art. You can look at it for a long time and still find new things. Also, there's space :oD. I would have been disappointed if there hadn't been space.
