I need a new pair of boots (or 2, so the other pair gets some time to dry), but I bet I won't find any again. And that's frustrating, so maybe I should just leave it and walk around in my old boots that just started falling apart. :o/
How can it be so hard to find winter boots? GAH! I mean it's winter! Shoe stores should expect that people want to buy appropriate shoes, right? But I couldn't find any there. They only have pretty boots, but they're useless. They won't keep you feet warm and they won't keep them dry. And why would I need high heeled boots in the snow?! And the boots that look like they could be good don't have flat soles. Not talking about heels, I mean they have no, uh, profile. That's what it's called in German, dunno about English.
I've also looked online, but everything is sold out there. What the fuck?!

I'd pretend I'm not home, but what if it's someone who doesn't want to sell me stuff? Maybe it's someone who needs help with something. Or what if they have a package for you? Can't just not open the door.
Because it's a crap job and they probably get bitched at most of the time, I always try to get rid of them nicely, but that usually takes a while. I need to learn to say right away that I'm not interested. Dammit.
