You know how some things take you a while to notice, but then they are clear as day and you wonder how it could have taken you so long to notice them? There's another thing on Jim & Sherlock's "you're me" list: after the Fall Sherlock puts on a disguise to surprise John - that's pretty similar to how Jim tried to revealed himself to Sherlock in 1x03. And both attempts weren't that successful. I'm glad we saw Sherlock's annoyance at that, but it makes me sad that we didn't get to see how Jim waited for Sherlock to realize who he really is.
