...(I did postal-ballot counting with my best friend again) and by the Friday before I still hadn't gotten my postal-vote forms for the European election (that I had ordered at the beginning of May or even the end of April, btw). A week before the elections I had e-mailed the city about the missing forms and they said the forms had been sent & so far not returned to sender, and to contact them again if I haven’t received them after a few days. So on Thursday evening I e-mailed again and was told that a second set of forms was sent to me and the issuance will be invalid. On Saturday I finally got a set of forms, but not sure which one. It contained a sheet with info about what to do with a late arrival (which the city-council election forms didn’t have), so it could have been the second issuance, but according to the e-mail that one should have had a statement under oath about not receiving the first issuance for me to sign. So then I didn’t know what to do. Good thing I was at the city hall anyway on that Sunday, so I asked what I should do. Apparently just writing that I only received the forms once and signing that is enough.
