I'll have to get up early today (my bed times went crazy again, so I probably won't manage to fall asleep before I have to get up) and pick up alias_chick from the train station. Yes, I'm getting to meet another internet friend! And she's the first LJ friend I'm meeting who isn't from the same city (or even country).

She'll stay at my apartment for some days, so today my mom came over and helped me clean. My apartment hasn't been so thoroughly clean since I moved in!

I'll be showing alias_chick the city, so I really wanted to brush up on my city knowledge, but so far I haven't done any studying! At least I've already looked up places to go. Let's see how many we'll manage to visit.

Let's also see if I can make it through the day without having had any sleep. The good thing - if I really didn't get any sleep - is that I could probably fall asleep at a time when people ususally go to sleep. That one's been worrying me, because I usually don't have to go to bed/get up at the same time as other people.

And then there's the language thing. I'm still not used to speaking English. My thoughts are faster than I can get them out, so then the pronunciation suffers. And I remember from when I met a Muser friend in London how I used to start saying things in German, before I noticed I'm using the wrong language.
