I wondered why, if Trump didn't collude with Russia, he'd be so against the investigation into the matter. I've just finally had my lightbulb moment: It's because he's rather sensitive about his presidency being considered illegitimate! And that's what it would probably be considered if it turned out that there was collusion between someone in the campaign and Russia. ...You know, as if his overall incompetence alone shouldn't have disqualified him.
My god, I could rant on about this topic forever. Like: WTF is wrong with Republicans? Do they really think they can get away with their complicity? Will they (e.g. complicit VPs shouldn't get to be president)? Once Trump is out, what new laws will be made to make sure something like this won't happen again? Isn't firing your FBI director just out of anger also a superduper standalone reason to get you unpresidented?!
