I find it really fucking offensive how some politicians in the US are pushing mental health care. Don't get me wrong, it's great when they finally get off their asses to improve mental health care, but the motivation is just so disgusting. Instead of wanting to help people with these issues, the politicians just want to keep people safe from the mentally ill (and distract from the idea of gun reform, obviously). You have enough on your plate when you're not mentally healthy, and then these assholes smear you.
