So now I'm wasting time listening to the playlist and trying to find out which songs King George's songs remind me of* instead of getting stuff done! I should eat breakfast! Reply to a comment! * There are more bits that remind me of other songs than I had previously noticed. Over all I'm reminded of Life on Mars (the show), so I'm thinking the songs must be from the 70s. The e-organ at 1:54 of You'll Be Back (all time stamps refer to the tracks from the playlist linked above) is typical for the 70s. I think what the way the following piano bit is played reminds me of is the Life on Mars song itself. I can't tell which song the guitar part at 2:54 reminds me of. Whoa, I only just noticed that the piano beginning of You'll Be Back reminds me of Life on Mars's. Hm, the cello intro to What Comes Next? (only in the Hamilfilm) and the cello bit at 0:48 could remind me of LoM too. Can't tell what 0:56-1:02 in I Know Him reminds me of.

OMG, I never notice the 80s-tone guitar in Wait For It before! There's more e-guitar in the musical than I was aware of! ♥
