- Concert tickets: Arrived this moring, but I didn't realize it until about 12 hours later, ha! You see, my birthday present (for some reason my mom wanted it to be delivered to my apartment, although my birthday is still a couple of months away) was delivered this morning, together with a letter-shaped thing that I didn't look at closely and just assumed that it belonged to the package. I only just looked at the letter-shaped thing again and it's from Ticketmaster!
- Repaired camera: Arrived back at the shop (it's like a mail office for Panasonic stuff) today. I'll go and get it tomorrow.
Not bad:
- Concert companion: So my sister called me earlier today and told me that she managed to trade her shift. But it's not like all problems are solved with this - it's not as good as getting a day off.
Bad:
- Train tickets: We're still looking for something that's not painfully expensive for me and within the timeframe my sister doesn't have to be at work. It's not looking very good. I'm really, really hoping that on Friday I'll hear that I've won the concert-tickets competition. Because then I could sell the tickets I bought and afford the goddamn train tickets (I hate you, Deutsche Bahn!).
- Moaning mom: Due to the problems she keeps nagging me about just selling the tickets. She doesn't understand what this concert means to me! Yes, I do have tickets for the Muse gig in Hamburg in December - but the Cologne one isn't just earlier! It's the first, even before the album release and it's so much smaller!
How I feel: stressed but determined
