There was one yesterday too, when I read Prisoner of Azkaban, but I can't remember what it was.

Anyway, today's source of amusement is Veronica Mars 2x18. In a flashback Veronica and Logan are making out, there's a knock on the window and Veronica says "Oh, good, we have an audience.", so as the easily amused person that I am I laugh, because it reminds me of Jim's "Oh, you’ve got an audience now." from Sherlock 2x03. And then my train of thought continued along the Jimlock route. I was amused some more when I realized that there are some parallels: Veronica and Sherlock are detectives, Logan and Jim are bad guys. Which led me to the sadly missing parallel: Jim and Sherlock smooching. Oh, why couldn't the roof events have been kissing and making up?! Because the books dictated so, yeah.

Gah, their adventures could have been glorious! Jim coming up with more crimes for Sherlock to solve. Or they could have come up with crimes together. *sigh* All the wonderful things that could have been. If can recommend a fic of that sort, please do.
