Oh, so Courtney does become President. Thanks for confirming it, post-it note! I had wondered if I had misunderstood something, because - if I remember correctly - the characters had ignored that revelation.
What, is Clara trying to remember all the things she needs to tell Danny or are these notes thing she plans to still keep from him?
Oh, I thought that "just say it" was a reminder to tell him of some of her adventures with the Doctor, not telling Danny that she loves him. Ugh, if only I cared.
Pfft, really? I was expecting Danny to be near her apartment and just saving his passionate "I love you" for when he's at her door. But instead he was run over (What, will he meet Missy now?) and we totally didn't hear any hint of it, yeah.
Aaaand he's dead! I have to admit I'm kind of shocked - which I totally didn't expect, because I wasn't aware I apparently cared about him. I still don't care about Clara/Danny though. Not that I think we're done with that ship. Danny dies so early in the episode that I suspect he'll be back.
"So what can I do for you, Clara?" Probably fuck with time and bring Danny back.
Clara collects TARDIS keys, of which she apparently knows all the locations. And the Doctor doesn't seem to notice what she's doing? God, don't tell me Clara is out for revenge now, just because of a guy to whom she couldn't even bother telling the truth.
Sleep-patch things? What, like the bliss patches that started the apocalypse in New New York?
Wow, really, the Doctor points out a paradox? Since when does this show care?
Oh no, the last TARDIS key! Now the Doctor will have to open the door by flicking his fingers, how horrible!
Oh, nice, some mind fuckery via dream patches. Meh, I liked the volcano scenario better.
Jesus fucking Christ, enough with the cheap tricks! "Go to hell" didn't mean what it sounded like at first.
Well, the Nethersphere has an interesting shape. You really would be able to see you house from a lot of places there.
Did Missy just play an android or does she really have one of herself?
Ugh, recycling the "you've got the rest of your life" joke.
Oh, WLAN in the afterlife. Alright, then!
Hey, those circles with another circle attached remind me of Cyberman eyes.
Moffat takes another completely normal thing, in this case white noise, and makes it into something else. It's getting old and I'm grumpy. ...Although this episode is much more interesting than the previous ones, as you can probably see from that fact that I'm actually writing things again.
Soooo... if people can feel what happens to their dead bodies, that means someone would feel the pressure of layers of soil above them and when they're found in an excavation, they'll feel the brush tickling their bones?
Are all the dead Daleks and other aliens in the Nethersphere too? There are so many questions about that place.
Well, if that music doesn't sound familiar. What, are the skeletons' exoskeletons Cyberman armors?
Huh, I would have expected getting to see another Time Lord would be more fun. But no, annoying Missy had to turn out to be one.
Clara so desperately wants to be with Danny that she totally ends the call despite the possibility that it's her Danny she's talking to there. Uh, okay then.
Missy speaks of the dead and suddenly I remember that this is very Army of Ghosts. In that episode we thought the Cybermen were dead people - now they really are.
For fucking serious? Hey, it's nice that they made a Time Lord a Time Lady, but that totally takes the fun out of that smooch from earlier (well, it hadn't been fun before). It sort of looks like Missy is only female so that that kiss wouldn't be between guys.
