[Error: unknown template qotd]Yeah, I watched it live. I had bought chocolate and chips just for that. It wasn't as much fun as it could have been, though: I have a cold right now (I had forgotten how unpleasant these are) and then I missed some minutes because my cat smashed a jug (WTF, she's never done that before) and I had to clean it up the shards.
Anyway!
Bernie, you big leftie, you! A man ofter my own heart. But I was very surprised to hear that Hillary is lefter than he is on gun contol! And I don't like that he started on mental health in connection with that. Hey, I'm all for people getting the help they deserve, but I find it dangerous and insulting to associate these 2 things.
Hillary is a bit off with her view of capitalism. She talks about small businesses although these aren't the problem. Okay, so you have to save capitalism from itself - I hope she'll actually attempt that!
Not sure what was up with the bs she was spouting about Snowden "could have gotten all the protection of a whistleblower". Oh please, everyone was desperate to throw him into jail and that's what they would have done.
But still these 2 candidates are my favorites and I want them as President & VP. Bernie/Hillary (not necessarily in that order) for the win!
Everyone always kept talking after poor Anderson Cooper tried to stop them. Worst offender in my opinion was grumpy Webb. But I might just be biased, because I like AC a lot and Webb not. He didn't have anything interesting to say anyway.
Yes, all lives matter, but when you can't say "black lives matter", you're not understanding the issue.
I think a military guy would be a bad choice.
O'Malley and Chafee were okay, but just not noteworthy.
