Fuesch vs. Ticketmaster  
Since my sister, who's my ususal Muse-concert companion, is in Australia, I had to ask someone else to accompany me. My 2nd best friend (and her boyfriend husband [still trying to get used to such grown-up-ness]) agreed to come with me.

She's visually impaired and can get a special ticket on which she can get an accompanying person in too. But when the presale started, Ticketmaster only offered normal tickets. So I bought 2 normal ones, in case pit tickets would sell out before my friend could buy her special ticket.

She managed to get her special ticket from the organizer, but didn't ask if she could swap for the normal ticket. So then I started e-mailing back and forth with Ticketmaster about giving back the ticket I only bought because they didn't offer special ones.

My god, their customer service can be crappy! At the beginning they weren't very helpful, but then our exchanges improved and they were cooperating. I had to get some info about my friend's purchase, so they could coordinate with the organizer. After I'd given them the info, I didn't hear from them for almost 2 weeks (usually it took them only a day to reply). I suspect the organizer hadn't taken long to reply to Ticketmaster, but that the latter didn't want to take the ticket back and so hoped I wouldn't contact them anymore. But I did and 2 days ago they told me that they'll take the ticket back! \o/
