The reason I didn't get my call yesterday was because my internet & phone provider had changed their setup that moring. My internet was still working (except for that craptastically timed outage), but my phone now had to be plugged into the router. Who the fuck came up with that stupid-ass idea?! It's bad enough that I'm stuck with one provider for phone and internet (which will make me have neither, when they have a blackout), and now I can't use the phone, if I have router trouble.

I tried to install the new router yesterday, but because I have no patience for uncooperative technology, I had to get my mom to help me. After a while we got the phone working, and the internet on my smartphone and laptop. It took some more time to make it work on my PC.

But apparently we haven't really figured out the PC's problem yet! When I started it up today, I couldn't get the internet to work. I tried the laptop, but there it wasn't working either. Only my phone was online.
