- Huh, I actually have enough Vitamin D! You know, the one for which you need sun exposure. It's a miracle!
- I have folic-acid deficiency. Hmph, aren't the avocados and the spinach enough?
- I could also do with more iron. So I got a prescription for a supplement and was told how to take it. No tannins for 2 hours! Because they react with the iron. I can't drink coffee or tea for 2 hours! I drink tea like other people drink water! Which I guess is the reason I have iron deficiency in the first place. It doesn't matter how much iron was in my food - I kept neutralizing it.
