Review: CSI 7x16 & 17
Hmph, CSI reviews are complicated. Normally I would write about who I thought the killer is and stuff, but - oh, I don't know - I don't find the words. And speculation isn't so interesting anymore when the questions are all answered at the end of the episode.

7x16 Monster in a Box
Yes, a MCSK episode! This time the team has to prevent a murder, exciting!
OMG, really! Two episodes ago it looked to me like Nick's hair was coming back, but I didn't dare hoping. Now I'm sure, he's letting his hair grow. Nice!
The vid of faux MCSK shooting himself: I wonder if Nick felt a bit reminded of himself in the plexiglass coffin. Now he knows excactly what it looks like. But, dude! Why didn't they stop the video before that guy pulled the trigger?!
Nick says there could be a copy cat in the lab...so if it actually were a lab person, who do you think it would be? My money is on Hodges *g*. He's crazy ...in a good way. I love my Hodges!
Greg mentions the Demetrius James case. All of a sudden there's really good continuity. I like that - but why not for Nick? Not fair!
The officer is dead - I knew it! My first thought was there's something in the pillow - but that wouldn't have killed the poor cat and the flowers. So I guess gas.
OMG, NO! Did they have to show the cut-open cat?! I can look at fake dead bodies, but not fake dead kitties.
I'm happy to see this isn't the end off the MCSK story. Maybe the season finale will be.

7x17 Fallen Idols
Nice, kind of artsy beginning (but of course not as good as Gum Drops's). I was wondering if we're gonna see someone die there (and felt reminded of Six Feet Under) - but nope. Hey, there's Daddy's Little Terrorist from 24! Do I hear an Evanesence song? This episode is a remind-o-rama: The kids on the pictures vanish - reminds me of Without a Trace. There's a whole lot of other stuff, but it isn't worth mentioning.
Since when is Gris calling Hodges "David"?
Sara said "hello" when she found the cell phone - could it be a Motorola?
OMG, Nick armporn like WHOA! His arms look like the have the same diameter as my head! Is this new? Seems new to me.
Police wandering through Diane's place - dammit, did they have to make it so suspenseful? Diane's taking picture's of Ryan and her dead body. Creepy!
It's been an okay episode so far - then Nick says "I wish I could get selective amnesia, there's a lot in my past I'd like to forget about". Oh, the love I feel right now! Continuity for a Nick storyline! That makes me so happy.
The episode ends with the most random scene ever. Yeah okay, Grissom trusts Sara. That's nice, but it totally doesn't belong there. Also: NOOO, you can't shave the beard (And what an oldfashioned razor is that?)!

What I hear: Fall Out Boy - The Take Over, the Breaks Over
