Nice, Jack can't call CTU but he can convince (LOL, I can't say/write/hear the word "convince" without being reminded of the bestest 24 scene ever: "Convince me"...^^) a Russian. But of course this guy gets killed before he can make the call, because if CTU knew about the drones it would be to easy.
