Paranoid Claire is spying on Desmond who is catching a bird. Wasn't that a bit too easy? Desmond tells Claire that Charlie would have died trying to catch the bird. Then why did Desmond sabotage Claire's first bird catching attempt? If she would have caught one then Charlie wouldn't have to try catch another bird, would he?

Holy shit, I'm slow sometimes! At the end of the episode I wondered why it's titled Par Avion. It means by air as far as I know and is put on air mail. Watching the episode a second time I finally realized it has nothing to do with Claire's flashback but with her message via bird. *headdesk* Better late than never.
