I didn't like the episode for the first 37 minutes, but that ending really saved it.
Flashback! Uh, yeah, so Nikki (Hehe, Nik[k]i the stripper -> Heroes) is on a trashy show. Razzle dazzle? o_O
Hurley thinks Nikki is dead, I think that would be too good to be true. I mean, I said all the time that I hoped those characters are only there to die. But that would be a bit early in the epsiode.
Flashbacks! Ashes are evidence *g* hehe, CSI! Hey, Shannon and Boone! And then a flashback to the crash. Nice! Heee, Boone asked Nikki for a pen.
Paolo seems to be dead too...I thought they were just pretending...for some strange reason. "That's evidence! You're messing up the crime scene!" OMG, I love it! ^_^ CSI!
All those flashbacks to earlier on the island...are they trying to make the fans happy who miss season 1 Lost? I'm a tiny bit annoyed that it's half a clipshow.

Some of the campers are discussing Nikki, Paolo and the Others. I was sure those two weren't working with the Others, I had a much cooler theory: Draught of Living Death. As much as I would love to see Nikki and Paolo dead, I just couldn't believe they really were. And I was still waiting for the episode to make sense, to move the plot forward.
Flashback: Ah nice, so there was a reason why Paolo was in the Pearl bathroom...hiding stuff in the toilet...reminds me of Charlie and his drugs ^^.
Aw, sweet Nikki and Paolo get buried with their diamonds (the stolen diamonds reminded me of Heroes).
The final flashback that saved the episode: So it was really a kind of Draught of Living Death! OMG, they's still alive.
And they can't move in time to make the others notice they're not dead. OMG, buried alive! I love it. It reminds me of the bestest CSI episode ever XD.
So, uh...what was all that for? So the Lostaways have a walkie talkie?
