Ah, stupid 2 hours. That's all I got from my midday nap. Caught up on the treasure hunt thread, where everyone agrees USoE sounds Queen-ish - it's just that most of them like it. And I still couldn't bring myself to listen to it again.

I expected Dubai to start 5pm here, others did similar math, but some people said it's an hour later. There was much confusion in the thread. But yeah, Dubai doesn't do Daylight Saving Time, so it started an hour later than expected.

We had no one on Twitter! So we were a bit worried. Then shortly after 6pm we had two, phew! Only took half an hour until someone found the key this time. Not our chosen tweeting ones. But someone found one on Twitter who's part of the group who got the key. A group of about 11 people, so naturally: DRAMA! From the Twitter reports we got that some of the group were idiots and fighting over who got the 2 free tickets. But around 7pm here the station got primed. The riddle had something to do with oil, how much companies earned. Was just doing copypasta with numbers from an Excel file. We were done prtty fast. I didn't get one.

While we waited for the 4th part of USoE to be uploaded, I listened to a small British radio station online. Because the DJ had been on the thread and said he'd say something about the treasure hunt on the show. You could mail them requests, so I did that. He said something about how they've gone international now, listing Australia, another country I don't remember and Germany ^^. And then he said my name and played my request! That totally made my day ^^. Well, not day, but several minutes at least. Hee. The song I requested was of course by Muse: Bliss - one of my 2 favorite favorites ♥. It's funny, sometimes songs sound better when it's someone else's decision to play them. Ah, it was good!

8:30pm the mod had enough and the treasure hunt thread finally got locked, because of spammage and trolling. Good, I had trouble keeping up.

11:30pm part 4 of USoE was uploaded. I was nervous like whoa, couldn't stand the thought of approaching Queen-ness. Seriously, my heart was racing! Then I listened to it. Okay, it's not so bad. But it's definitely the kind of song that takes some time to get used to. Feels a bit all over the place. You know, made of a lot of pieces and they don't really fit with each other (kinda like the coat of the sixth Doctor XD). Hm, but yes, yes, there's something about part 4. Has a pace that doesn't freak me out. It's going somehwere. Somewhere epic (Where else? ^^). If it isn't Queen again, I'll be happy.

I was reading the thread, other people's opinion. We seems to agree on the lulziness of how "to dust" is sung. Yeah, I can see Matt in opera pose there (LOL, found macro! Don't have to 'shop something myself, nice). Wow, this song is growing on me fast. Now I only need some falsetto, then I'm happy. Listening to it on repeat now, ahahaha. It's like with Doctor Who, I had seen some Ten eps and loved him, but then saw all of Nine and he was awesome and when I was about to watch all of Ten's, I was afraid I wouldn't love Ten as much anymore - but everything was just fiiiine. I think I'm high on song.

What? Shortly after 1am Tokyo was locked. Unexpected. Not just that it happened then, but before Hong Kong. But it only starts on Sunday, as expected. OMG, when it starts it's 6am here! This is torture! No wonder I get no sleep on action days. OMG, the station is actually called Dolittle. Someone posted that before, but I don't know where it came from. Maybe I didn't find the source reliable enough or something to make my brain save that info. Maybe someone read the names on an envelope again, like the Paris one said "Moscow/October".
