I finally felt ready to start watching the 5th season. The good thing is that, because I had waited, I had several episodes to watch in a row.

5x01 Sympathy for the Devil
Ahahaha, no way! I just thought of Lost because of the blinding light and the sound - next thing we know Sam & Dean are on a plane! A plane that's having a bit trouble staying in the air.
LOL, what's with this ep's Lostness? Chuck got some Arzt Cas on him.
And here's the bit of Lostness I knew about and waited for: Jacob!\o/ ...From god to devil, heh.
Oh, but he's not the Devil yet.
D'oh, Wincest again. I think this meta stuff is getting a bit too much now. For the story, but also for me. I feel mocked, although I wouldn't act like Becky if I met my favorite characters. :o/

Oh, so that really was God who resurrected Castiel and beamed Sam & Dean on the plane? "Try New Mexico. I hear he's on a tortilla." XD "No, he's not on any flapbread." XD
I paid attention to the credits just in time to see Samantha Ferris, ooh! She was in the Previously, as was Jo. Will she be in this ep too? And Rufus? Yes? Please? Alona Tal, yes! And Steven Williams. Nice!
LOLWUT. Come on, those coincidences are starting to be a bit too many. I mean, it's nice that the amulet can do something, but idk. Coincidences, you know. I demand an explanation!
Action!Rufus! The music there reminds me of another fandom. I'm not very sure, but I think it's 24. Which is funny because I only just thought about 24, because of the Castiel close ups, and how he looks better with short hair.
If they just brought Rufus Back For The Dead, I'll be pissed.

Oh, so this time on the Everything Comes Back season: the Croatoan virus? Nice to know that this is coming back.

Didn't Sam tell you about the vessel thing not too long ago? Or maybe Dean never expected that Sam would say yes. That's sweet. But kinda unexpected.
O hai, Devil!Sammy! Looking good! Aw, he can do puppy eyes! Of course he can, with Sammy as the host.
I wish we really could have seen Sam vs. Dean in this future. Because if they had shown it, there would be no need to make it actually happen, no need to repeat it. I would have felt safe.
