Ashes to Ashes 3x02
Ooh, Viv looking hot in a different uniform. Heh, this weird beginning reminds me of the Camberwick Green beginning of that one Life on Mars episode.
Aw, so that wasn't the new opening sequence we saw last episode. Okay, this one is good too. Time is running out. Heh.
Oh, I like that we get more mentions of Sam. Maybe we'll even see him. I kinda hope he's still alive, but I don't want to hope, because what if he's not?
Ooh, what a nice scene, the whole team talking about the case. It's so police work-y.
Alex follows Shaz and at the end of the tunnel there are stars. What does it mean? Whatever it means, I love it.
In this episode there are two things that make me wonder what exactly the point of it is: the people pimping the office (paranoid person that I am, I suspect they're installing spy stuff) and Shaz's resignation. Is there any point (from the story telling point of view I mean) or is it just in there because? I mean in the story it does make sense, but usually stuff like that office pimping (I really don't know what else to call it) doesn't get much attention. Only if it's a red herring. But why would it be that?
Ooh, something from Manchester? Looks like Sam's jacket. Personal effects... shouldn't that stuff be with Annie? Or did they not release it because it's still part of the case?
Yay, Shaz survived that case.
Ooh, Shaz stays \o/. Then it gets exciting when the camera zooms in on her and it gets dark around her. It's interesting how Shaz doesn't leave the police. Maybe she can't... Holy shit, a bit of Life on Mars? - I squealed an OMG. Also, was there a "Wake up!"? Soooo... Shaz's story got interesting this episode. When I saw space at the end of the tunnel I thought it was Shaz's, not Alex's. Now I still think that. What if Shaz is also a 'time traveller'? I mean what if they're all in cop heaven or something? I know this theory, but until now I never believed it.
