Usually I'm not a fan of new characters, but Ted Danson joined CSI and I think I instantly liked his character. So that alone is a reason for liking Ted Danson, but now he's said this about British TV:

By and large it’s such quality TV. I just caught the first three episodes of Sherlock and it was brilliant.
