The police just rang the door bell and asked to be let into the building. Then one of them rang at my door and asked when I've last seen my neighbor. Which wouldn't mean much anyway, because I never see her that much. That was followed by the other of the 2 trying to break the door to her apartment open. That didn't work and he ask me permission to use my belcony. From there he saw there was no light in the neighbor's apartment, but he wisely didn't didn't climb into her balcony, because at this height it's too dangerous.
Now one of them is still ringing her door bell, while I presume the other is trying to find the caretaker to get key to the apartment from him.

ETA:
21:40: Police officer told me to turn the lights in my living room on, so the firefighters don't try to get onto the wrong balcony.

21:49: Firefighter or EMT just rang my bell and asked if I have a second key for my apartment. Wonder why they'd need one for mine. And now I just heard someone knocking on the neighbor's balcony door.

21:55: Can hear them trying to open the apartment door with some tech. Then what are the people on the balcony for?

ca. 22:05: Door is open.

22:11: Wow, that radio device is easiy to understand through my closed apartment door. Officer requested a gurney, some sort of tube and gloves. Doesn't sound that good.
