Not that I meant to. I wanted to get a third row of earrings, so I went to the jewellery shop where I got my 2nd row. But the woman (I got the impression she's a piercer trainee) assessed that where I wanted the piercing was a tissue mix and said she can only pierce either fat or cartilage. So she said I should go to a proper piercer.

Whoa, while the price in the shop amounted to 20€, in the piercing studio it was 29€ (per side) for earlobe and 49€ for cartilage. I asked the piercer what kind of rissue he considered the place and thankfully he said lobe. Although better than 98€, 58€ is still a painful price, especially when it could have been almost 40€ less, if the shop woman had accepted me.

The price wasn't the only painful thing. For the first time I didn't get pierced with a gun (counting only professional piercings). With the gun it was just hot, but with the manual piercing it was painful. And it wouldn't stop. I swear that piercing that I'd once upon a time made myself was less painful! I asked the piecer if it's more painful and for longer because of the location, or because it was done slowlier or if the piercing stud is a bit thicker than earrings. He didn't know, huh.

Maybe the holes can't heal properly because I lie on them every night. So last night I invented something that keeps my ears off the pillow. It's tights stuffed with socks.

When it's partially down, it reminds me of Padmé's purple travel gown. XD
