I spent the whole day in the apartment, because going somewhere every day is exhausting, I'm not used to it.
My mom bought these for me. XD
A foldable fork! :oD
That day I found out on Twitter what the new Muse song is called and that the new video is for this song (dammit, hopes for MK Ultra or Unnatural Selection destroyed). Hey, remember when we still had hopes for NSC? Seems like such a long time ago now.
Watching Ashes to Ashes (3x06) live on British TV! \o/
And because I didn't leave the apartment, I didn't get to see the floral clock's progress.
Steak pie! While stuff in puff pastry is a great idea, this thing wasn't very great. Tasted like goulash someone forgot to put spice on.
And then I surfed the internet for too long and at 4am noticed this nice view.
Saturday
Motorcycle learner.
And this is why they really need those trams.
Literally shitfaced.
After I spotted a license plate starting with SNO6 (which amused me because the 6 could be read as a g, making the word "snog") I made it my mission for the rest of the day to get a picture of a snog plate.
No snog, but at least a snob.
Very useful, as my mom kept forgetting which side of the street the cars come from.
Speaking of text on the street: Dammit, I wish could (\m/) have gotten a picture of a TURN LEFT! I tried, but I couldn't find any after that first sighting.
Success! Didn't know that at that time, though, because the camera display's zoom didn't make it legible.
This kind of added a third mission, although I was sure chances of finding a Wolstenholme street were slim. But maybe I'd find a Bellamy street.
And then we arrived at our destination: the Royal Botanic Garden.
Interesting gate! So on topic. :oD
Huge prehistoric plant!
Curly fern, hee.
Weird big tree.
Close up of weird big tree.
Baby weird big trees look like hatstands.
Pretty glasshouse is pretty.
Ew, looks moldy.
Ah, much better.
Holy shit, those things were tiny! Super zoom is super awesome.
Lots of pincushions.
Hey look, it's Gill Sans! They seriously love that font in the UK.
They're checkered! ^^
That's me noticing this giant hedge is holly and trying to resist the urge to start singing Christmas carols. I love singing Christmas carols.
Tree gateways are cool.
This place is so much prettier than our botanic garden!
Creative typesetting!
Well, it's not the prettiest (at least not now), but it's a plant named after Edinburgh, that's pretty cool. I wonder if there's a Dresden plant.

...
Black grass.
You can't see it, but it smelled really nice.

Royal Botanic Garden's pretty logo on a bag.
Looking through the shop, finding new things to photograph.
OMG, it's so cute, I almost adopted one.
Wi-Fi elevator. *thumbs up*

It's about five minutes fast.
That duck refused to pose for a picture. Stop moving, dammit! Bad ducky!
Ooh! A squirrel!
And another one!
I have three great videos of them :oD. I've never seen squirrels so close.

More curly fern and a lifeline.
Duck in a white bread saturated pond.

My god, the Royal Botanic Garden is huge! We didn't even get to go everywhere.
Amazingly I didn't sneeze once while we were there.
There are prewedding parties everywhere here! We've seen like one per day. Heh, the first we've seen was when had arrived at the airport.
Unexpected addition to the Musey street names collection, yay!
And then we visited the swans from across the Apartment building.

Teddy is taking a bath.
Watching Doctor Who (5x06) live on British TV!
Followed by the Confidential on BBC Three.
