I'm so glad I'm not doing this professionally!
Like every year, a friend asked me to photoshop her an announcement for her company's Christmas party.

  • This time I used a picture of a nutcracker, but she wanted it replaced with icecubes or something (oh wow, how very Christmassy), because that fits more with the company. When I told her that I couldn't find any good pictures, she said it's okay, though.

  • Instead of the link to the picture, she wanted me to send it via mail. The picture was too big, so the mail wouldn't send. Then I tried to send the link again, but the mail still refused to be sent! So then I just sent the URL via SMS.

  • When I heard from the friend again, she said she wanted the nutcracker gone. What, I thought I was just when there would be icecubes?! What's wrong with the nutcracker?!

  • Then I tried to find things to replace the nutcracker with, but couldn't find anything good. I checked a different website for free stock images and found some good pics, but then I can only get small pictures, argh. I checked my usual site again and found something, which I then put into the announcement.

  • And now I can't get the thing uploaded! What the fuck is going on?! Well, the upload seems to work: it's low, but eventually finishes - apparently successful. Except that the browser won't load the picture.

Nothing is going the way I want it to, I am stressed!

How annoying!! Both that things aren't working and you had to change it.
