I think there was a lot more accent than usual in this ep. ♥

I knew this episode had to be every kind of awesome there is (and invent some new kinds) and that it would make me cry like whoa. So OMG! and *flail* and I locked my room's door so noone would disturb me admiring Kripke's mind and Jensen's acting and everything.

Okay, on to the review (that made my poor little fangirl heart feel heavy so I thought I'd eat some chocolate to get my mood up, but we had no chocolate, so I ate some Nutella...with a spoon):

Ooh, it's Carry On My Wayward Son again ♥. Crossroad Blues in the Previously? Good! And before the Previously ended I had grabbed my hugging pillow - the need to hold something was so overwhelming. *flail* OMG, OMG, OMG! (btw, don't wear make up when watching Supernatural)
OMG, Dean, so sad. His eyes. I'd say that he needs a hug, but this wouldn't make it better. Nothing could make this better (want to hug Dean anyway). Dammit, show, you make me cry so much. I produced tears and snot almost the whole episode. Aw, Food for Dean...of course he's not interested in food...in alcohol though :o(.
Okay, WTH? Maybe I'm seeing things but...eyeliner? LOL, when they want to make you look emo they'll use eyeliner. At least it's more subtle than they managed with Emo!Pete in Spider-Man 3.
Dean yells at Bobby to let the world end...*sniff* sad Dean makes me sad. So very much. Profile, tear drops. Ah, my poor heart. *sniff* You know some time I had trouble seeing something, tears making my precious vision all blurry.
So Jake could escape. Hmph. He doesn't deserve to live! I mean, it's nice that he really wants to kill the YED, but he killed Sam. You bastard!
OMG, OMG, it's the scene I imagined: Dean talking to dead!Sammy (already decomposing, oh god), saying he's sorry he failed. *squeezes pillow*
Ah yes, Dean, crossroads and the feeling of hope. It felt like it took the damn crossroads demon ages to show up. I had to grin at the her being a fangirl. Hehe, she loves woobie!Dean just as much as we do. OH! MY! GOD! She gives Dean only one year. WHAT A BITCH! *flails* But yeah, still better than the deal Papa Winchester got. *flails some more*
It's 13 (Ha, I knew it's a lucky number!) minutes into the episode and Sam's ALIVE again! Now I'm crying happy tears. OMG, a hug! With alive!Sam. My life is complete.
Hehe...eating. And, you know, pizza is sort of a pie...so Dean finally gets his pie ^^. Can you believe it, we see Sammy eating too *g*. Okay, so where the hell are they? Because I thought they were still in Cold Oak. But if it's in the middle of nowhere why go get a pizza and then return all the way to nowhere?
O_O ...don't lie to your brother, Sam! Remember when Dean finally told you what was the last thing Daddy said and you were really pissed? But it's kind of okay...Dean is lying right now, too.
Hehe, Dean didn't want to go to Bobby because Bobby knows of Sam's deadness. OMG, Bobby's face when he sees living!Sammy. Dean's face...and Sam's.
Bobby yells at Dean for selling his soul. Aw. That would have been a scene for Papa Winchester. Why must he be dead? Why does Bobby always get his scenes? It's nothing against Bobby, really. I ♥ him, but I miss John ;_;. "I could throttle you" - "What and send me downstairs ahead of schedule?" Hehe. Aw, Dean angst! And more awww, poor Dean is seriously lacking self-esteem. For no reason!
OMG, Ellen! I bet she's really glad now that Jo ran away.
So that's what Ash had found. HUGE devil's trap! That's one of the whole new kinds of awesome I mentioned.
OMG, Sylar Jake makes Audrey Ellen point her gun at her head!
HA! Sam kills Jake dead! Bastard deserved it. But Sam looked scary. Reminded me very much of Dean when he killed that vampire...before he knew that he had been vegetarian.
OMG, the devils gate opened, now this episode really deserves its title.
The YED scares me: "How certain are you that what you brought back is 100% pure Sam?" *flail* Please be lying!
OMG, PAPA WINCHESTER! SAVES DEAN'S LIFE. AGAIN. AND DEAN SHOOTS THE YED DEAD! OMIGAWD!
John smiles! And cries! And dies...again. But this time he goes to heaven...if there is one (Sam & Dean should draw that symbol from Hell House on bibles and churches...just in case). And Sam & Dean smile & cry. And I smile & cry. And I feel so much love right now! ...And can only type simple sentences. OMG *so so happy*!!!!!!!1!!one!!
OMG aw, that face Dean makes right before he says "We'll check that off the to do list". I swear we haven't seen that one before (It's a whole new kind of awesome! ^^). I love that face so much! It's accomplishment and cuteness and tears everything ♥.
Sam knows that there's nothing on their to do list anymore and does not know what to say. But Dean knows and tells the not-anymore-Yellow-Eyed Demon "That was for our mom. ...You son of a bitch". AW.
Ah, okay...Sam pretty much knows that there's something new on the to do list. And he'll to anything to get this checked off (no show has ever made me feel so much love). Yeah, but how without dropping dead again?
OMG, I ♥ this episode from beginning to end! Dean: "Well then *killersmile* we got work to do" - The text, the camera angle, the OMG, it's like the ending of the pilot! The positiveness. *hugesigh*
(after that ep I sighed several times)

Seriously, show, I want to marry you (polygamy is fine, I know I'm not the only one and you deserve all the love you get) and have your babies!
