Where do you think Sam was while he was dead? Did he go with the reaper? And was he in heaven...if it exists (I say they got hell, so there's heaven too...and because I want Mary there and John now, too)? Did he see Mary for the first time in real 'life'? Or did he stay? And did he see Dean's heart-breaking speech?

I don't know what I'd like more. But I think what happened is that Sam didn't stay. I mean there's nothing he could have done for Dean. There's not anything he could have done. He just would've risked becoming an evil spirit.

I'd love to read fic about what Sam's deadness was like.
