I haven't rewatched The Empty Hearse yet. I don't want to, because there are things wrong with this episode and rewatching would only make me see what all these things are. I'm okay with reading what other people think, but I don't want to get thinking about it myself.
It was a good episode, entertainmentwise. It wasn't good as a Reichenbach Fall sequel. I feel fucked over. I mean we still don't know how Sherlock faked his death! Then what was the fucking point of the episode and will we ever find out how he really did it? Yeah, there was the reunion, but that was messed up too. Friends don't let friends think they're dead. Sherlock was forced into this situation though, so I can understand why John would forgive him. But that that is then followed by Sherlock letting John believe they're going to die although he's already found the ridiculous off-switch? That's just fucked up. There are things you do not do to people!
