Late extras are late  
Have I mentioned how grumpy the news about the Sherlock box set makes me? Great, they finally realized that DVDs should include some fun extra stuff. Why couldn't they put the fucking extras on the regular DVDs? I have those DVDs and I'm not shitting money, so I'm not gonna buy the box set too.

Shut up and give me these extras without taking more of my money!

I was VERY surprised about that as well! Like you, I already own season 3 (will there be a new season 3 or do you indeed have to buy the complete three seasons again?) and while I know that Hollywood blockbusters bring out the same things again and again in new boxes and the fans buy all variants, I had no idea they would pull this with a TV series.

Well, I won't buy the new one, I am not THAT much of a fan, so I don't care about it that much, but I hope my friend buys it so I can still watch it ;) If the extras have no subtitles I would be lost anyway, I had to read the comments on the youtube page to figure out what was actually said.

I know, right? I know this from Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit, so I can plan for it, but that was an annoying move for Sherlock.

Yeah, I'm glad there was a transcript, because I had no idea either what they were saying in that outtake.
