What the fuck am I watching? Missy telling some story about the Doctor and Clara solving how he got out of that situation o_รด. Moffat seems to get his shows mixed up again. Apart from explaining how Missy and Clara are still alive, it feels pointless. Could have just told us straight forward how they survived. And then there's more bullshitting. Ugh, Moffat! All show, no substance.

Moffat has some serious issues with resolving things. This scene with the Doctor better be leading to the scene of him going back in time to exterminate young Davros. Seriously, if he just lets that hanging like so many other things, I'll be so pissed.
Okay, the scene is over and the Doctor was seemingly exterminated. Considering what Clara just said, he's probably time travelled. He had the Dalek whisk with him, so I guess he's now at that handmine field again (though no idea where old Davros's "wheelchair" went). But I'm still grumpy, because I can't trust Moffat to resolve last episode's cliffhanger. He has a frustrating track record, you know.

I was just going to wonder how Clara could be okay after falling 20m, but then I realized it was actually in feet. Still, that's 6m, so she should still have a sprained ankle or something.

And we're back with the Doctor and look, still no explanation of last episode's cliffhanger! I'm disappointed, but at least I'm not surprised.
"I'm the Doctor. Just accept it." No, I will not fucking accept it, Moffat! You're a shitty writer, just accept that.

Missy had a daughter?

Wait, now we're suddenly back to the cliffhanger? ... No, it was just a dream. Hey, but what we're getting an explanation for is a chair! I'm torn between being sarcatic and actually grateful for getting some sense for something as small as the existence of a chair on Skaro.

Well, the one good thing I have to say about this episode (and something which I haven't dared to mention in my 9x01 review, for fear of jinxing it :oP) is that the Doctor really seems to be nicer now. Yay, no more asshole!Twelve!

Heh, we're back to Dalek!Clara. I'm not buying the Dalek hull saying different things to what Clara says inside it. That would mean that Daleks aren't necessarily as bad as it seems, that it's actually the technology saying/doing the bad things.

Oh great, at least acknowledging that Gallifrey is back.
Man, it's weird seeing Davros and the Doctor talking as if they're friends!

The Doctor can just produce regeneration energy off the cuff (somewhat literally even)?
Finally something happens! \o/

Ooh, Daleks with regeneration energy - creepy!
So did the Doctor just give up a regeneration? Wait, where were we in the number of regenerations? Ah yes, Eleven was out of regenerations, but then he was given another cycle by the Timelords, yes? So the Doctor should run out again as Twenty-Three, if my math is correct.

Ah, nice the Doctor knew what he was doing and even nicer: turns out there's a point to the sewers.

Huh, wouldn't it be interesting bookends if Clara's first and last episodes were with her being a Dalek? But I don't think she's gonna die now. They wouldn't do something as cruel as having the Doctor mistakenly kill a companion, would they? And I doubt they would have managed to keep the leaving of a companion and the coming of a new one a secret for so long.
Ha!

"I'm over screwdrivers." Is he really? That's such a weird thought!

OH MY GOD! The Doctor wonders how Clara made the Dalek hull say "mercy" (Did't they say that before? It feels so familar. And I'm not buying that whole thing about the hull saying different things than the being inside.) and I thought it was because of the regeneration energy, but then the Doctor looks at the whisk he's still carrying! We're actually gonna get a resolution for last episode's cliffhanger!

Ah, so the Doctor had actually aimed for the handmines.
