Saw a special about OotP yesterday. A woman who has obviously not read the books visited the set and interviewed some of the actors. She was annoying with the talking about the 'Darsleys' (as she pronounced it) and the Great Hall (she kept using the English name) and other stuff.
But I have to admit the sets were impressive. Well, my problem with the HP films is more the butchering of the plot. Umbridge's office is so evilly pink and wooow, the Ministry! Pretty much how I imagined it. The Black Family Tree is huge! Not just a tapestry but a wallpaper on all sides of the room.
Characters: Tonks seems to have that purplish shoulder-length hair all the time :o/ and Kingsley doesn't look exactly like I imagined him. I think I saw Nigel in the DA ò_ó. WTF? I think I like movie!Luna...from what I've seen she's wonderfully absentminded looking, heee.
Stupid ideas: So...why exactly are Harry and Dudley in a tunnel when the Dementor attacks? And WTF: the Dementor is holding Harry up against the wall. Don't those people ever read the books? Less action, more sense please! In a DA meeting someone used Levicorpus. Don't know what the writer was thinking. What is that good for?! Oh and another headdesk moment: Harry and Co. are flying through London - not over, but really through - not invisible. Uhm...are they celebrating the repeal of the Statute of Secrecy or something?
