What I totally ignored in my confusion over the 10x01 conspiracy is that Scully found out that her DNA had been altered! It wasn't her egg that was alien-ified, it was Scully herself?! And don't they have some sort of proof with that now? I mean, maybe they can't prove it's alien, but they should be able to show that it's not completely human DNA.

It weirds me out how Scully's voice has aged. Maybe because her face appears to not have aged, it's only gotten skinnier. I don't like her face, she looks too serious. Make her smile! ...Hey, look, Mulder manages to smile!

Well, duh, of course William was an experiment. And we better get to see him again! It's my headcanon that the Lone Gunmen are fine and they check on William from time to time.
