Om nom nom.

Stars being still awesomely visible shortly before sunrise.

Aw, she cuddled into my petticoat.

The moon and a star before sunrise.

...Binoculars show that star is a crescent, thus actually a planet.

Here's a clearer view, with the telescope.

Finally she went in there! I had actually bought this bed because of its cat cave.

Flower in my aunt's garden. It's so pleasingly symmetrical and that smooth gradient seems to glow outwards.

Black tomatoes!

Heh, this apple sits on its twig.

Gah, in September the view was so wonderfully clear!

...Zoomed in.

Too days later: the Pleiades. Also Taurus, Auriga and Perseus (these I had to look up).

Barbecue with friend and her husband in their garden.

Big Dipper over their neighborhood.

Last September my mom, family friend and I finally visited the Bastei again, because we wanted to give Bastei-shuttle guy some foreign money (he likes to collect that). Here we are on the way to the Bastei, on a plateau that weirded me as a valley dweller out: You look around you and there are hardly any places that overtower you.

Zoomed in on the Lilienstein.

Zoomed in on Fortress Königstein. Ah, that's how that entry building looks after the renovation.

Some of our table mountains.

Ooh, sun rays shining straight down!

I do love me the combination of stone and plants!

Lonely branch already does autumn.
