OMG, I just saw in the credits that Kendall is played by Alison Steadman. That name sounded familiar from Cabin Pressure. It's really her! So I did recognize her! I though it was just her accent that I'd recognized, but it was actually the whole voice (possibly including the ranting)! She'd played Carolyn's sister Ruth. And in honor of that: a CP icon for this entry.
Also, only when I read the name Hell Wizard, did I remember that we've seen this character before.
