*Hmph* I'm in one of those strange phases again: I want to comment to someone's post, but I don't really know how to say what I want to say and I think I don't even have anything interesting to say - so then I just don't say anything.

Oh hey, can someone help me with English? I have so many questions. Like: Where the hell to put those commas? Um, yeah...the question for today is: Does anyone know where I can find a list of all the words that in that start with a lowercase in a title (like of and the)?

There are many rules for commas, but the most useful is this: wherever you take a breath in a sentence, that's where you place the comma. For example, the comma after the word sentence is where I took a breath.
