Yesterday I got a shiny new keyboard - it is waterproof! Just what I with my coffee mugs and tea cups on the desk needed. YAY! Silvio (my mom's boyfriend) installed it and then we went down for dinner. Some minutes later mom and Silvio heard a noise upstairs and went to check. Apparently Lola the cat jumped on the monitor to get on the wardrobe and the monitor fell from its little rotating platform thingy and severed my shiny new keyboard's cable. Noooooooo!
But Silvio managed to repair it today. YAY!

On the piece of paper it says "here no coffee". That's where it was cut.

I'm still trying to get used to the keyboard. It doesn't seems to be aware of every key I hit.
And now that I have my computer connected to this monitor I can say it definitely is the monitor making jpgs and gifs look ugly like they've been saved low quality. Stupid thing!
