Couldn't sleep. I tried, but I just couldn't :o/. My brain wouldn't stop thinking...about a lot of stuff. Stuff I could post, icons I could make, ...
So what do I do? Type what I'm thinking about in between flist checking and other computer related fun. Let's see. What have I been thinking about?
(femme) slash
I learned of the existence of femme slash from TV. But at that time it was still nameless. Okay, so first I was wondering if this "OMG, two girls doing it *drool*" really existed and then if there's also "OMG, two guys doing it *drool!*". Years later I discovered fandoms on the internet... Ah, so there is "OMG, two guys doing it *drool!*"! And is has a name! And it seems more popular than femme slash. Now I'm wondering why femme slash gets mentions on TV and slash doesn't.
perfect skin on CNN
I like to watch CNN, but what annoys me is that they're doing weird things to their journalists' skins in the studio. Smooth skin that you'd think their faces were Photoshopped. Are they? I don't think we have technology good enough yet to know which parts to blur. And it's for sure not someone editing every damn frame. And most studio stuff is live. So is it make up (if so, how the hell does that work?)? Or is it the lighting? Or both combined?
