Last year in August alias_chick visited me. I never dared to ask her how her real name is prononunced, so I only learned the pronunciation when she called me that morning. That was also when I first heard her voice.

After I had picked her up from the train station and unfortunately didn't talk much on the tram ride to my apartment (because I'm not used to speaking English), we ate a welcome cake on my balcony.
