We walked past Holyrood Palace...
... and the weird architecture of the Scottish Parliament...
...to Holyrood Park.Because I had wanted to walk up Arthur's Seat since at least our previous Edinburgh vacation.
We got ourselves a little energy for the hike.

There we picnicked and a curious dog came and stood on my leg. I have to be around our cat for hours for her to do that!
We went to Our Dynamic Earth, where I was amused by this pop-culture reference. Seriously, gotta love the UK, home of several of my fandoms.

Mom had gotten her nails done in a fitting way for this vacation.
My sister too.I was too exhausted, so we split up. Half of us went back to the apartment, while while the other half did the Dynamic Earth tour.
When they came back, my mom had bought me a TARDIS mug! :oD
