Ooh, look, it's the review for the week before last week's episode! And OMG, this episode was huge! I expected just a monster of the week ep, but OMG, OMG, this was...wow! But that's not why it took me 2 weeks to finish my review. It was day and I wanted to write my review, but felt like later, and did other things instead. Then it was later and I was tired and should go to sleep, so for a change that's what I did. And that's how it went pretty much every day.

I like that "raise a little hell part", but dammit, I miss "the family business"! From what I heard about this episode it looks like this Previously is not about stuff we'll see there. It's probably just because the show just came back from a hiatus. *sigh* I want a bit mytharc!
Am I imagining it or is the CW logo a bit closer to the center than before? Or it just looks like it because of that stupid Pussycat Dolls ad.
Aw, that couple is cute. Sucks that something terrible is gonna happen to them.
Ha, the woman who is saying that weird stuff has cutecouple!woman's used toothbrush - I wondered why she's taking a new one.

That doesn't look like an eyetooth! (Dictionary says it's called that. Can anyone explain to me why? It's weird word)

Oh...god...that's disgusting! But it looks kinda cool when we see that one tooth sliding a bit down the sink.
:o( What, Janet is dead? But...dude! What a way to die. Ew.

I think this season is suit season \o/. And look how shiny that bathroom floor is!

Heh, the weather's practically Canadian again. And very much. I mean it happens that you can see it's raining when you're looking for it. But here you don't even have to look to notice.
Sam found a hex bag, Dean thinks it's gross and I wonder why. And when I find out what's in it I don't understand what's so gross about. Maybe it's so gross because Dean hates witches? And why does he hate witches that much? Hm...

Nice Impala shot, but that CNK 80Q3 still looks wrong.

o_O Amanda is breeding maggots in her oven? Couldn't she just have bought them? I'm sure you can buy maggots as food for some kind of pets.

The set people reeeally like their candles! Yeah...I think I should count candles (like I'm not already counting enough things - but it's interesting).

Ew, maggot burger! And now Paul is gonna die...from maggot burger! Seriously, what did they do to Amanda that she's killing them in such disgusting ways?

Sam and Dean to the rescue!

Poor Impala though. Bet she didn't like that. And where did they came from that quickly? Probably expected something to happen to Paul and followed him. ...Or they were in the pub and then saw that Paul was there and needed help. And Dean thought wouldn't it be cool to arrive in the Impala, so they drove instead of walked over there. Ah, I like my stupid theories! :o]

That flame is a prettiful color!

But why are the effects so lame lately? You can see the stuff that makes the color here! :o/

Ew, magical evil wristslashing. But Amanda deserves it. Ooh, there's someone more evil (Does the word eviler exist? It sounds and looks weird) than her.
^^ I love Dean's facepalm after he got scared by the dead bunny hanging behind him. "Why does the rabbit always get screwed in the deal? Poor little guy" Aw ♥. ...Dean is a bunny.
Dean calls the police. Heh, "Yeah, sure, my name is"*hangs up*. But isn't it a stupid idea to call the police while they're still in the house. What if the police shows up sooner than expected? Dean and Sam still have to get rid of some fingerprints they left. Sure, it looks like Amanda killed herself, but what if Henriksen noticed what connects the crimes where you find the Winchesters? You never know. And I'm totally paranoid.
Heh, 'book club'! That explains Juliet from Lost. She's in a 'book club' too.
Elizabeth says they have to stop 'book club', and because the other two are bitches (at least Blondie is), I guess pretty soon Elizabeth will be pretty dead.
And then her book club friends see her talking to 'detectives'. :o( But I like Elizabeth! Mrs. Renee Van Allen (Yes, I would like her to spell it for me) is scary in a way. She's so fake you gotta realize there's something wrong with her. "I mean, you think you know a person" - "Well, I guess we all have secrets, don't we" Heh, I like how that's not really a reply but more like "I see you people are hiding something". Mrs. Renee Van Allen looks after Sam and Dean in a way that makes me think they're next.
Dean lists the plants he saw in Elizabeth's garden and they make me think of Harry Potter ^^.Ah, Sam has research. Ha, I spelled Mrs. Renee Van Allen right. I like the way Sam says her name just like she did. And there we have the "But they're human!" discussion again and can worry about the fact that Sam's the one who thinks it's okay to kill them. Okay, so there's the connection to the Previously.
What the hell? says Dean and that's what I thought. I feared the Impala stopping was Mrs. Renee Van Allen's work. But: Ruby! (more Previously stuff, ooh) And she seems honestly worried.

I think I'm seeing a rainbowcolored spot on the Impala o_O. Doesn't look like lens flare.

Heh, Dean's not happy to see Ruby, that was just a gun in his pocket. I think I'd get the gun too if someone just stopped my car without touching it. But the question is: Where did he just get the Colt from? He doesn't really carry it around in his pocket, does he? I had to watch that scene where he gets out of the car several times and I think I found the moment Dean takes the Colt. What makes most sense in this situation is that it would be in the glove compartment. It wouldn't just be lying around somewhere, right? So there's this moment where we can't see Dean's face because Ruby is between it and the camera. When we see his face again he just turns his head from the direction of the glove compartment to Ruby. But I think that moment is actually too short for Dean to lean over a grab the Colt, so it had to be right next to him. Why would Dean have it lying there?
Ooh, a bad demon's in town? I bet it doesn't want Sam to be the demon army leader...but Ruby does. And I wonder if all witches get their power from demons.
"Put a leash on your brother, Sam, if you wanna keep him" I bet money that this is gonna be voted most wincesty quote of the episode!
Black eyed skank, heh. I like their little fight. "Oh right, right. You care about your brother so much. That's why you're checking out in a few months, leaving him all alone" Actually yeah. He's 'checking out' because he made a deal to get Sam back from the dead. Doesn't she know that? I wonder if she thinks Dean's motives were completely selfish. Aw, Dean has tears in his eyes when he says "Shut up" the first time. Then he shoots, but Sam saves Ruby (Good! We need her! And I have to admit I kinda like her). No! Wasted bullet! Dammit.
Ooh, Sam and Dean talk about Casey. I love it when they mention old stuff. And, OMG, that whole conversation that follows!
When Dean leaves the bathroom (if you can call it that) it looks like he isn't feeling well and I remembered Mrs. Renee Van Allen's look. Dean is something like complaining that Sam seems to be okay with killing people ("Yeah, and where has that got me?" ♥) and tells him how it's supposed to be: "Drive in the freaking car and frigging argue about this stuff...". I completely agree ^____^. It's the new saving people, hunting things, the family business, hee. Sam calls this place 'craphole of a world' (my mind wandered to Lost there for a second...hey, Sam and Dean on Craphole Island could be interesting. They could get rid of Jacob the ghost and Smokey the demon! ^^ And they could talk about their daddy issues with the Losties) and his emoness makes me all emo. I didn't expect it to be that bad. I mean, yeah, he has the same backstory as Dean. It's just that I thought his personality is so different that he could deal with it. Then again Dean is the more positive thinking Winchester. Sam explains his behaviour: he's gotta change into Dean. I'd like to explain to Sam how wrong that is...and give him a hug. Poor puppy really needs a hug! Seriously, I love Sam. And I love Dean very much. But Sam is Sam and that's why I love him. One Dean is enough. And I don't think Sam is capable of being like Dean. He shouldn't even try. And how does Sammy think he can fight this war (on the good side)? He'd have to accept his role as an army leader. The hunters need to organize!
The wonderful chick flick moment is ended by Dean feeling worse. I'm enjoying that "OMG, oh no!" kind of excited feeling that I get too seldom. And I think it switched my brain off. Because Dean starts bleeding from the mouth and I'm thinking demons. But then Sam is confronting the witches (who swear they aren't doing anything to Dean) and identifes one of them as a demon and I'm surprised. What? A demon? Oh yeah right! How the hell could I forget about that?

Oh, btw: Did that kinda remind you of Dean when he drove to the crossroad in 2x22, too?

Ruby to the rescue! Or not? That fluid seemed suspicious, because all I could think at that moment was Black Oil and liquid form of demon smoke! And where the hell did she get that from anyway? Did she know of the demon's plan and had the time to brew an antidote? Dean says it tastes like ass. I know it's just a phrase, but my mind has the habit of wandering so far that it makes me *facepalm* sometimes. See, it's called witchcraft and we know the rabbit always gets screwed (der zieht immer die Arschkarte, LOL). So I say she put bunny ass in that drink.
OMGWTFDEMONSTOPPEDTHEBULLET! I love the horror on the other women's faces (especially Mrs. Renee Van Allen's). But OMG, the demon just stopped the bullet! Mrs. Renee Van Allen finally shuts up - thank god demon! I'm glad Elizabeth is still alive, but, shit, she sold her soul (But what has Tammi gained from that? I've never really thought about why demons would want to drag people to hell. Maybe to torture them because it's fun?). Knowing what I know after having seen the episode already, I'm scared by the thought of annoying Mrs. Renee Van Allen dead. Dude, she would become one hell of a demon!
Okay, shit. There's a new leader rising in the West (Should I know what that West thing means?). Please be Meg, please be Meg, please be Meg! Wouldn't that be awesome? Meg wasn't really killed, just sent back to hell. Meg could have escaped when the Devil's Gate was opened. Meg could have been pissed that her dad didn't want her but some human (A hunter even!) to be his army leader. Maybe she took that personally. Yeah, Tammi calls the demon a he but that doesn't have to mean anything. Tammi was called it by Ruby. ...Wait...didn't Kripke say in a recent interview that the new leader isn't someone we know? Dammit. :o/
Tammi moves Sam up the wall and I wondered if he'll actually end up on the ceiling. Why do demons like that wall thing so much? Yay, Dean/wall OTP! ...Is there something Dean hasn't chemistry with? ^^
Dean mouthes "Told you so!" XD. Not that it was good to be right in that case. But hey, looks like Ruby/Tammi is going to happen, I bet Dean would be happy about that ^^. And wouldn't we too? Because that could mean Ruby has no interest in the Winchesters.
Oh hey, the demon killing knife is back! So she didn't recycle it to make the Colt work again. It is amazing to see Dean so shocked at Ruby losing against Tammi. Heh, Ruby's wearing a shirt with a cross on it.
Yay, while Tammi is busy looking at Ruby lying on the floor, Elizabeth takes action. I'm so proud.
Ha, Ruby was a witch! She was human, I guessed so. I never could really accept when we were told she's a demon. ...OMG, sold souls become demons?! OMG, OMG, exciting!!1! I had read spoilers that it was an episode about witches, but beyond that I knew nothing. Then half way in this turned into a mytharc ep of epic proportions! And I thought the Previously was nothing more than a "Btw, this is the interesting stuff that happened this season", ha!
Demons are so full of questions. Is Ruby really her name? Or just her host's name? If that's the case, how did Tammi know her host's name? Or how did she recognize Ruby if that body was new? Obviously they haven't met between now and the opening of the Gate. Could it be her old body? Maybe appearing in your own body is a talent like singing: some can do it, some can't.
Ah okay, Tammi is exorcising Ruby (Dude, demons can do that to each other!?), so her body isn't her own.
Aw, now Elizabeth is dead :o( (and becomes a demon!). But she did something good before she died :o). But how did that work? Didn't that witchcrafty business need Tammi's power? Could Elizabeth have taken it from Ruby? Probably not, since Ruby was busy getting exorcized. Or are there different things that they did in their book club meetings? Those harmless things like lowering the mortage rate and Tammi told them that some demonic stuff is part of it?
WHOA, Dean is stabbing Tammi like a dozen times!
Nice of Ruby to clean up in the Van Allen house. I wonder how exactly she'll do that. Does she have Mrs Skower's All-Purpose Magical Mess-Remover?
The lamps start flickering when Dean is outside the motel and we wait for Ruby. Who appears after what feels like a century (reminds me of the Crossroad Demon). Time to get that very interesting conversation started. Duuuuuuuude! Demons were human once. Humans who sold their souls. Not just these witches. OMG DEAN!!!!!!!!!!11eleventyone1! OMG, OMG! And no way to save Dean? How? What? Dude. No!
Okay, so now that I took the time to freak out about it, let's think about what all this means!
Yeah, we know demons lie. And I think Ruby could still be lying about some parts. But, I mean, this becoming a demon thing is just so fucked up, it has to be true! And all this time we've been worried about Sam going evil and now it's more likely it will be Dean! But hey, good thing is Sam can be the demon army leader and Dean can be, idk, his assistant or something. Yay, the boys still together on the same side!
Cool, now we know where demons come from! At least some of them. So, collecting souls is their way of keeping the species alive? Makes me wonder about the YED and Meg. Was she really his daughter, the way we understand it, or was she someone who sold her soul to him? Like the vampire who called the girls he turned his daughters. If she's his daughter the question is if they were both human and both sold their souls or if demons can have babies with humans.
We learn more about hell. It's so horrible that you forget you're human. Man, I'm glad they got John out of there before he forgot! You know, when we saw him in AHBL2 he didn't look traumatized or anything. I mean that's what you would expect from someone who was in hell, wouldn't you? Maybe it's like when you're in pain and then it's gone you're just like *happy sigh* and enjoy that feeling that is actually normal, but in comparison to the pain it feels like a high.
Ruby says there's no way of saving Dean and I think that's where she's lying. Maybe just because I want her to, I want there to be a way. But I think it doesn't matter if she knows a way or not. I'm still pretty sure Dean won't die. Because how fucked up would it be if he actually went to hell? I've thought about it before but now it's more important: Sam would have to open a Devil's Gate. Dean would get out of hell (Who cares about all the demons who would escape too?! Saving Dean is more important!) but would still be dead, so that doesn't help that much (at least not the show). But hey, at least he wouldn't become a demon. Okay, so Dean is back, but dead - what are the options? A) Going to heaven (Mom, dad, aw!), b) staying as a ghost (weird...just weird. Imagine a show about two brothers who hunt ghosts...one of them is a ghost himself), c) making a deal (we know that there's a serious disadvantage, so unless they find a powerful demon they can blackmail or something this is not really an option) to get Dean's body back somehow (hopefully as good as new or season 4 is zombie season, LOL. Ha, Supernatural did it first! Sucks for you, Lost, your own fault that you wanted to wait until S7! XD).
I kinda liked Ruby before, but now I like her a bit more. She looks so sad and... aw. I don't know. If she's really the only demon who can remember who she was then she's special. Like epic special! ...Like chosen. Ah, okay, I don't like that word. Sounds to much like it's someone's decision. More like chosen in a everything just falls into place way, you know? Like the universe did it. She could be crucial to win this war. I like that thought.
I mean, she could still be lying about the war. Maybe she wants Sam to be ready to use his powers, to go dark side and lead the demon army (Mabye she wants to be first lady). Hey, a good villain is a nice thing too (God, I miss Nina! The bestest villain 24 ever had!).
In the end everything will be okay. Right?

Oh god, I bet I forgot half the things I wanted to say. But the review's long enough and I'm exhausted.
